At Luxury Makeup & Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original luxury packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
